2016 NYSPHADA Scholarship Winner
Newburgh Free Academy senior Destini McMillan, is the recipient of the 2016 New York State Public Housing Authority Directors Association’s college scholarship in the amount of $6,033. She was presented with the check at the Public Housing Authority Directors Association’s conference on April 13, 2016 at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY.
