Pre-conference Training – March 25th and 26, 2024
The conference will kick off with a Pre-Conference Training March 25 and 26. Pre-Conference Training on Monday March 25th and Tuesday March 26th will address the subject of the NSPIRE Protocols for Public Housing, Multi Family, and Section 8 assisted units. Dennis DiBello of American Property Consultants will present a 1 and ½ day session on the definitions, rules and inspection items associated with implementation of the new Inspection requirement. Mr. DiBello is actively involved in the new inspection protocol with HUD-REAC, and other National Associations. Will you be ready to implement the protocol in 2024?
