Executive Director, Harrietstown Housing Authority
The Harrietstown Housing Authority in Saranac Lake, NY (the heart of the Adirondack Mountains), seeks an experienced and energetic professional for the position of Executive Director. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree; a minimum five years’ experience managing subsidized multifamily housing programs; and a knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and policies. Further, they will have a background that includes organizational administration, staff supervision, and finance. Success in grant writing and administration is desired. Public Housing Management and Housing Choice Voucher Specialist certifications are required or must be obtained within one year of start date.
