White Plains Housing Authority – RFP Independent Auditing Services

INVITATION TO BID

 

INDEPENDENT AUDITING SERVICES

 

In accordance with the Single Audit Act of 1984 and 24 CFR 44, the White Plains Housing Authority requests proposals for an independent audit of its financial operations for the twelve-month period beginning April 1, 2022, and ending March 31, 2024 along with a bid for a second year, which is optional if accepted by the White Plains Housing Authority.

 

 

Please submit a separate proposal to conduct an Audit of the activities of the White Plains Housing Authority’s Section 8 Program along with a bid for a second year, which is optional if accepted by the White Plains Housing Authority.

 

 

The White Plains Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or to waive any formalities in the bidding. NO bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to bid opening without the express consent of the White Plains Housing Authority.

 

Interested parties are invited to obtain a description of the proposed scope of professional services at the offices of the White Plains Housing Authority, 223 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., White Plains, N.Y. 10601 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. beginning Monday, January 23, 2023.

 

Proposals must be submitted to the WPHA by 2:30 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2023.
