UPCS The Poughkeepsie Housing Authority invites applicants (individuals or firms) to submit their proposals for providing UPCS Annual Inspection Services. Interested applicants may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal at the Poughkeepsie Housing Authority, 4 Howard Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, during office hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Monday through Friday, by emailing Stacy McKenna at or by calling 845-485-8862 ext. 107. Proposal must be submitted to the Housing Authority by 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 6, 2023.
