NYSPHADA names Wilson Kimball Executive Director and Deborah Kessler Events Director

President William Simmons announced today the appointment of Wison Kimball, President and CEO of the Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Yonkers, as the new Executive Director of the New York State Public Housing Authorities Directors Association. M.s Kimball has a vast experience in Housing and Community Development over her career, including Housing Management, Sec. 8 Administration of 5,000 Vouchers, a $750M LIHTC conversion of 17 properties and 26 Buildings, RAD and HUD dispositions.
She will be succeeding our present Executive Director, Lawrence Vetter, who is leaving the organization after serving 5 years in the position. Vetter and Kimball are working through the Transition period into February. President Simmons also announced the appointment of Deborah Kessler of Kessler Promotions, Poland, NY as the new Events Director for NYSPHADA. Ms. Kessler has promoted a number of events and home shows over her, career. She has recently served as the Part-time Community Development Director for Herkimer, County, NY, while managing Kessler Promotions.
