Poughkeepsie High School senior Amena-Devine Ruffin, is the recipient of the 2015 New York State Public Housing Authority Directors Association’s college scholarship in the amount of $4,679. She was presented with the check at the Public Housing Authority Directors Association’s conference on April 15, 2015 at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY.
