Cut-off date for rooms is August 30,2024.
You must bring a signed letter on Authority letterhead listing all individuals authorized for attendance from your Authority for occupancy tax exemption and tax- exempt certificate for sales tax exemption.

Conference Registration
- All individuals must register online using the links provided by September 2nd.
- Registration fee includes all materials, attendance to all sessions, continental breakfasts, scholarship luncheon, and reception.
- Cancellation prior to September 10th will receive a full refund. Cancellations after September 20th will be subject to a 40% administrative fee.
