The Massena Housing Authority is soliciting RFQ’s for A/E for an elevator modernization/rehabilitation project at our high-rise building. I would like to do an Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) for these services. If anyone has contracted A/E services for a project of this type, would you be willing to share the cost for the contract as well as the Scope of Services?
