Notice of Submission Date Extension

The Herkimer New York Housing Authority is seeking a Co-Development partner for redevelopment and revitalization of its 175 unit Public Housing Portfolio under a “Co development Agreement” with the HHA or its affiliate. The RFQ solicitation contains all submission requirements, project descriptions, terms and conditions, and is available on line at herkimerhousing.org/procurement. Solicitation Responses are due no later than 2:00 PM, December 21st , 2017 and must be addressed to Richard Dowe, Executive Director, Herkimer Housing Authority, 315 N. Prospect Street, Herkimer, New York 13350.

Herkimer Housing Authority’s Portfolio Redevelopment and Revitalization Initiative.
The Herkimer Housing Authority is seeking a co-development partner for the redevelopment and rehabilitation of its entire public housing portfolio. The selected partner will co-develop each of the development properties in its portfolio under a public–private co-development agreement with the HHA or its affiliate. The solicitation contains submission requirements, project descriptions, terms and conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a response to the solicitation. Prospective Offerors desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation are encouraged to participate in the pre-submittal meeting November 30, 2017 or submit written questions as directed in the solicitation. Packages are currently available on line. All responses to the solicitation are due December 21, 2017 at 2PM. The solicitation response must be addressed to Richard Dowe, Executive Director, Herkimer Housing Authority, 315 N. Prospect Street, Herkimer, New York 13350. Late submissions will be handled in accordance with the provisions in Form HUD-5369-B. HHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
