Property Management Software RFP Due July 6, 2018

The Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Utica, New York (UMHA or Housing Authority) and its affiliated entities are seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide, install, and continue to maintain web-based property management software for the Roosevelt Residences property.   Consisting of 50 units, the property involves multiple funding including LIHTC, HOME, and Project Based Section 8 vouchers. The project is under construction at this time and the first units will be available for occupancy October 1, 2018. Proposals may be obtained by sending an email with the subject line –Roosevelt Software RFP-to: *protected email*. Copies may also be obtained in person at the offices of the Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Utica, New York (UMHA), 509 Second Street, STE 1, Utica, New York 13501.

Proposals are due on July 6, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. Please send a pdf copy of the Proposal to: gro.a1573973340hmaci1573973340tu@na1573973340mrufj1573973340.  A copy must also be emailed to moc.l1573973340iamg@1573973340ahmac1573973340ituna1573973340mrufj1573973340Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted.   The award for the contract will be made on July 12.  The vendor must have the software operational on August 1.  Proposals from M/WBEs and Section 3 firms are encouraged.
