The Syracuse Housing Authority (hereinafter, “the Agency”) is a public entity that was formed to provide federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families, within Onondaga County, New York. The Agency is headed by an Executive Director (ED) and is governed by a Board of Commissioners and is subject to the requirements of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (hereinafter, “CFR”) and the Agency’s procurement policy.
