Peekskill Housing Authority (PHA) is seeking a skilled individual for the position of Maintenance Laborer.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Laborer at Peekskill Housing Authority in Peekskill, NY. The Maintenance Laborer will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and ensuring the overall up-keep of the properties managed by the organization. Maintains work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition; Performs routine and emergency repairs and maintenance both scheduled and in response to emergency situations as required; May use computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, calendar and database software in performing work assignments; May perform other incidental tasks, as needed.

COMPENSATION
Starting salary is $59,430.
