We are excited to host our 2024 Fall Conference. The conference will start with a Pre-Conference Training September 30- October 1.
The fall conference will feature tracks that include Public Housing Management and Section 8, updates on pressing issues such as HOTMA and Commissioners sessions. Attendees will receive an update on what’s happening in Washington with Congress, HUD updates, and news from Albany. This conference is geared for anyone in the affordable housing industry and is the premiere conference for housing professionals in the Northeast

All housing representatives must make their own hotel arrangements. Please let the hotel know you are with NYSPHADA to receive the special group rate of $171. Request rooms in the Tower as they are closer to the meeting space on the first floor.
Cut-off date for rooms is September 30, 2024.
You must bring a signed letter on Authority letterhead listing all individuals authorized for attendance from your Authority for occupancy tax exemption and tax- exempt certificate for sales tax exemption.
Parking and Hotel Access
Please park in the parking garage. The garage has elevator access to the 2nd floor, once on the 2nd floor, take the escalator to the 1st floor to check in. You may also check in at the front valet entrance.
